The seller was really nice and very very responsive on my item. Because I wanted to add extra beads, she listened to my request and my item came out the way I wanted it to. I really recommend this seller and will buy from her again. :)
The keychains are absolutely adorable, and being able to match with my daughter makes it even more special. The seller went above and beyond from the very beginning, they updated the item listing on their website after my question, and even found a way to add an extra letter to the keychain despite it exceeding the usual maximum. Their responses were incredibly quick, and the delivery was just as fast. I was kept notified the whole way through, which I truly appreciated. A wonderful experience and a beautiful keepsake.
