Personalised and handmade items

Because our keyrings and party favours are personalised and made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including names or spelling entered at checkout. Please double-check names before you order.

Supplies

We don't accept change-of-mind returns on supplies or other items that aren't personalised.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or isn't what you ordered, please email us at hellodearsienna@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll repair, remake or refund it.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order before we start making it, usually within 24 hours of ordering. Once making has started, personalised items can't be cancelled.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
